Each exercise begins by prompting an emotion via a stanza from one of the stories in I Know Me. An example is then provided to demonstrate both identifying your emotion, and transforming negative to positive via the LDT™ process (Locate, Describe & Transform™).
Through a simple search and circle, you identify your own emotions and locate them in your body. The skeleton models give you a visual way of locating your stress or tension. Write out your description and transformation to finish the process. The end of each exercise offers “behind the scenes” teaching tips.
