About the Workshop

If you’ve ever wondered how to improve your intuition, this introductory workshop is for you. Becoming more intuitive in your own life is a lot less about building skills than it is about transforming blocks and reactions that prevent you from harnessing an ability you already have.

Purpose

To practice simple techniques that help you become more intuitive in your own life.

Objectives

Through this workshop, you will:

  1. Define intuition.
  2. Discover your strengths and weaknesses, and how to bring yourself into balance.
  3. Identify the language and imagery that keeps you emotionally reactive, thus blocking your intuition.
  4. Recognize your personal energy space and demonstrate your ability to adjust it.
  5. Compare intuitive “safe space” examples and choose one that works best for you.
  6. Practice how to readily ground yourself when you’re feeling disconnected.
  7. Experiment with your own way to intuitively connect and draw strength from the broader energy.
  8. Apply the 3-step LDT™ process for healthy self-reflection and healing.
  9. Combine all of the pieces and outline a game plan to grow and trust your intuition.

Please note that the workshop time is set for 3.5 hours, but may be shorter depending on number of participants. It will be a minimum of two hours, and I’ll certainly stay the full three hours if there are questions or discussions beyond what I teach.

Karen has been a channel and intuitive healer for more than 25 years. The exercises in this workshop are based on her Master’s degree research in which she created and studied an intuitive 3-step self-healing process called LDT™: Locate, Describe & Transform™. Karen recently turned this research into a full training program called Emotions Awareness & Transformation™. The EAT Program™ includes a program guide, a workbook, and a book of rhyming stories.

What is an intuitive reading?

An intuitive reading is a one-on-one session where I intuitively link to guides to tune-in to your energy and emotions. The insights come to me in a conversational form via images, words, and body sensations. I then describe what I see and feel to you and, where applicable, help you to transform your blocks via the imagery and words I channel.

The ultimate goal is to provide you with accurate answers to your questions, and to help you transform blocks that prevent you from accessing your own intuitive knowing.

Whether you want specific guidance, broader intuitive insights, tips and tricks for going forward, or assistance in transforming energy blocks, I do it all through normal conversation. Although certified as a Reiki Master, I do not need to use a hovering hands technique to help you heal.

If you have specific questions, I can answer them. If you prefer a broader overview, I can pick up on your energy and what you need to know most.

Becoming more intuitive in your own life is a lot less about building skills than it is about transforming blocks and reactions that prevent you from harnessing an ability you already have. 

Every reading I do focuses on helping you clear blocks and become more intuitive.

I don’t need to be in the same room as you to pick up on your energy. In fact, all I need to do is think about you, and my guides start channelling. Because of this, email questions work as well.

Phone readings are for people in Canada only. At the appointed time, I will call you. If there is no answer, I will try again in 5 minutes. If there is still no answer, I will consider it a late cancellation.

Zoom meetings are for anyone. Once you book, you will receive a link to join a meeting at the appointed time. I’ll meet you there! If you do not show up within five minutes of the start time, I will consider it a late cancellation and leave the meeting.

You will receive an email notification 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, I will issue a full refund. 

If you need to cancel your appointment after the cancellation window, contact me and I will see if we can reschedule. Unfortunately, no refunds will be available at this point.
