Cancer Intuitive Messages

Use these generic Cancer intuitive messages as a tool to develop your own intuition. If any of the brief messages “feels right,” ask yourself what you need to know most, with respect to the message, in this moment. If you find yourself getting tense in your body, your intuition is telling you that this particular message isn’t right for you. If you’re shaking your head and dismissing the message, you may find that it makes sense later in the day. For a personal reading, contact Karen.

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Cancer Intuitive Messages

Today

Cancer, if in doubt, spit it out. You have words that need to be said. Do your best to tame the emotion, but don’t hold back. It’s time to speak up.

Yesterday

Cancer, name calling and finger pointing will, as you no doubt already know, put you further down a path of no return. There IS a better way.

This Week (updated Sundays)

It’s never really advantageous, Cancer, in a team environment, to be the smartest in the room; you spend a lot of time trying to convince others that your path is right. This week, don’t convince; just do.

This Month

You could fake left and run right, Cancer, but who needs to fake anything at all when the playing field is clear of traffic and you’re holding the ball? Not a sports fan? Let’s try a poker metaphor: You hold all the cards. Your best approach is to lay them all on the table. Other people want to help and have plenty to offer, so invite them in and see what, together, you can come up with.

I Know Me front cover

I Know Me

The seven stories in I Know Me lead you on a journey, from conflict and stress-filled metaphors that keep you emotionally reactive; through safe space, grounding, and connection metaphors (bright light bubble; roots out your bootsone with the sun); on to self-reflection metaphors; and ending with metaphors teaching you how to trust your intuition. Emotion Commotion

Emotion Commotion is the guide you need to move from the caboose to the engine. We’ll keep the train metaphor to explain the process:

You are so angry you can feel the steam blowing out of your ears. You want to scream as loud as a train whistle. You thought your life was on track, but the track ahead is broken.

  1. Emotions are reactions in your body. They don’t cause the reaction; they are the reaction.
  2. You naturally describe your emotions with metaphor.
  3. When you transform the metaphor, you simultaneously transform the negative emotions.
  4. With negative emotions transformed, even if just for a moment, you are in the best position to make your healthiest decision.

Based on the train metaphor:

  1. Locate the emotion in your body: ears, mouth, and full body tension.
  2. Describe it in as much detail as you can or wish: steam blowing; train whistle; broken track.
  3. Transform the negative image into something more positive: Imagine a race team’s pitstop crew quickly repairing the track before the train gets there.

Your body relaxes as you realize there is plenty of track left to come up with a plan. Buy Emotion Commotion on Amazon.
